After arranging the booking we will provide you with several convenient payment methods. Cash payment to our representative upon check-in is also possible. A refundable deposit of 500 € is required in any case.
Each apartment is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay: TV, fridge, iron, dishwasher, washing machine, full set of dishes, air conditioners in every room, and heated bathroom floors (in apartment #1 — heated floors throughout). Shared internet is available on the complex territory. For your leisure there are indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, hammam, Roman bath, cinema and fitness room.
Yes, all infrastructure facilities on the complex territory are available to residents. Usage rules are posted on the information board at the entrance to block B where the apartments are located.

Block A houses a table tennis and PlayStation.

Block C — saunas and relaxation area.

On the open territory — a court, barbecue area and water park pool.
Yes, there is guest parking adjacent to the apartments.
Nearby flows the Dim-Çay river with a picturesque promenade. Restaurants, shops and tourist spots are within walking distance. Local markets operate on Mondays and Thursdays. A modern 4-km promenade stretches from the beach to the center — perfect for a walk or a short bus ride.
We organize transfers from Antalya and Alanya airports. Two options are available for guests:

Private transfer — 75–80 € per car (from Antalya).

Group transfer — 15 € per person (from Antalya). Transfer from Alanya airport will be cheaper — we will provide details separately.

If you arrive by your own car or rent a car, an underground parking included in the price is available.
Yes, our apartments are available for rent from 2 months. Utilities (water, electricity) are paid based on consumption and transferred to a Turkish bank account. Contracts are notarized.

For long-term rentals a deposit equal to one month's rent is required and returned after the contract ends.

N2 – 1100 €
N3 – 850 €
