After confirming the booking we will provide you with several convenient payment methods. Cash payment to our representative on arrival is also possible. A refundable security deposit of 500 € is required in any case.
Each apartment is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay: TV, fridge, iron, dishwasher, washing machine, full set of dishes, air conditioners in every room, and underfloor heating in bathrooms (in apartment #1 — underfloor heating across the whole area). Shared internet is available on the complex grounds. For your leisure there are indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, hammam, Roman bath, cinema and a fitness room.
Yes, all infrastructure facilities are available to residents. Rules of use are posted on the information board at the entrance to block B where the apartments are located.

Block A houses a table tennis and PlayStation.

Block C contains saunas and a relaxation area.

On the open territory — a court, barbecue area and a pool with slides.
Yes, guest parking is available near the apartments.
The Dim-Çay river with a scenic promenade flows not far from the complex. Restaurants, shops and tourist spots are within walking distance. Local markets operate on Mondays and Thursdays. A modern 4-km promenade stretches from the beach to the center and is great for walking or taking the bus.
We organize transfers from Antalya and Alanya airports. Guests can choose between two options:

Private transfer — 75–80 € per car (from Antalya).

Group transfer — 15 € per person (from Antalya). Transfer price from Alanya airport will be lower — we will provide details separately.

If you arrive with your own car or rent one, there is an underground parking included in the price of accommodation.
Yes, our apartments are available for rental starting from 2 months. Payment is based on actual utility consumption (water, electricity) and is made to a Turkish bank account. The rental agreement is notarized.

For long-term rentals, a deposit equal to one month’s rent is required and will be refunded after the contract ends.
